I am a private chef currently based in Los Angeles. My culinary adventures began many years ago in my hometown of Queens, New York. Surrounded by food and cultural diversity, I started my education by spending hours at the local markets, as though they were museums.  My quest for culinary adventure took me down many roads spending time as a line cook, pastry chef, teacher, director of culinary education and now private chef.

I can say that being a private chef is by far my favorite part. It allows me to pull together all my knowledge and skills to create a personalized experience matching the needs of my client. Wherever I’m cooking for you, I always bring a professional and caring atmosphere where I guarantee discretion.

My most enjoyable meals to cook are those shopped from the local farmers market or a meal pairing with a selection of my best single malt collection!
